Executive Chef Gabbi Patrick’s timeless and diverse menu is rich with Spanish, Indian and
greater-European influences reflecting the broad nature of Mexican Mestizo Gastronomy.
Using only the freshest ingredients available, Gabbi creates cuisine derived from her own
culinary experience combined with her extensive travels throughout Mexico. The results
are enticing contemporary interpretations of authentic moles, classic dishes and revisited
and re-invented “Old World,” Mayan & Aztec recipes.
