Executive Chef and Restaurateur
Gabbi Patrick has brought style
and authenticity and to Southern
California Mexican cuisine. Well
known for delicious renditions
of traditional sweet moles and
sauces, she has been garnering
much acclaim in the Southern
California culinary world.
The daughter of two entrepreneurial
immigrant parents, Gabbi is no
newcomer to the restaurant business.
By the age of seventeen, she was
already managing two of her parents’
Los Angeles restaurants and was
apprenticed as a sous chef. She went
on to receive her culinary degree at
the University of California at Los
Angeles and continued her studies
in sauces, salsas and stocks at the
prestigious Greystone Culinary
Academy in Napa Valley.

In the year 2002 Gabbi became an
entrepreneur herself, opening Gabbi’s
Mexican Kitchen Catering Company.
Four years later, this business concept
led to development and opening of
Gabbi’s Mexican Kitchen in Orange.
Over the years, Gabbi’s passion for food
has gone well with her penchant for
traveling. Believing that culinary
appreciation is a prelude to culinary
innovation, Gabbi travels throughout
Mexico regularly with her family. With
each distinct region offering it’s own
distinct specialty dishes and ingredients,
there is always something to learn and
expand upon in her kitchen and to
her customers’ delight.
Look for Gabbi’s ever changing and
evolving menu at her restaurant in Orange
and for her continued inclusion on the
culinary short list.
