Gabbi’s Ceviche Tropicales
1 pound fresh Talapia
1 pound of fresh shrimp
1 papaya
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1/2 cup of diced red onions
1 roasted chilli pasilla (diced)
4 cups of fresh lime juice
The juice of two fresh oranges
1 cup of diced cherry tomatoes
4 diced Serrano peppers
Preparation: Cut the fish, shrimp & papayas into bit size pieces.
In a bowl, combine fish & shrimp with the lime & orange juices & let
marinade for 2 hours. After marinating, strain, then combine with
the remaining ingredients. Salt to taste.
